Herringbone Tiles
Herringbone is becoming more popular and this style works well with both half tiles and elongated bricks. To make a space appear bigger, try tiling from the floor to the ceiling to help draw the eye along the length of the room. Consider your layout
A herringbone pattern can be tiled in two ways: either as a traditional 'herringbone' with tiles laid at a 45 degree angle, or the more contemporary 'straight herringbone' tiled at a 90 degree angle for a sharper look.
