Delivery & Returns

If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us.

Please check your order 

If your order is damaged on the pallet prior to delivery, please sign for it as damaged and take a photograph.  Any breakages should be reported to us within 48 hours to allow us to resolve any issues quickly.

Charges

Post (up to 2kgs) £4.95

Box (up to 20kgs) £15

Pallet with Tail Lift (20-1000kgs) £55 Standard \ £75 Express*

*Please note that express deliveries exclude weekends.

 Please contact us for freight rates on 20mm. 

Orders placed within the showroom may have shipping charges. Please discuss your options with our showroom managers during your visit. 

Options

Carriage charges are calculated at checkout. Please enter your postcode at the checkout to see available delivery options.

Small orders (under 20kgs) will be sent by parcel carrier and delivered to your door

Large orders will be despatched on an 18-tonne vehicle with a tail lift and are to kerbside only.

Please note that in both cases the delivery driver will be unable to assist you with moving goods into your property,

Deliveries can be anytime between 8am and 6pm. 

Restricted Access

Please advise us at the point of ordering if your property has restricted access such as: 

 • Narrow roads or gateways

 • Cars parked on either side of the road

 • Lack of a flat and solid surface to unload

 • Low hanging trees or branches

 • No turning area for the delivery vehicle

 • Gravel driveway

Delivery 

All deliveries are to kerbside only.

Pallet deliveries will typically be delivered on an 18-tonne vehicle with a tail lift, unless an alternative method has been pre-arranged.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept and check the delivery. Orders will not be broken down or unpacked by the delivery driver.

An additional charge will be incurred for redelivery after 1 failed delivery attempt where the customer has not been available for sign for the goods or access has prevented delivery.


Returns

Organising

Please complete the form below to schedule your return. If you visit a showroom to return product, they will instruct you to complete this form below first. No returns will be accepted without prior confirmation. We will issue you with a return number. This number must be clearly noted on all packages/pallets.

Allowed Returns

Tiles to be returned must be unused in their original packaging and in full box quantities. 

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return goods to us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any clearance lines.

Packing

 Please ensure that returns are packaged well.

Take a photograph of your return prior to the courier collecting from you in case of any carrier issues.

Clearly note the return number on all packages.

In the event of your package arriving with us damaged, we will provide you with photographs to help you with any claim with your courier.
